Diagrams Dashboard Overview

The Diagrams Dashboard allows you to create new diagrams and manage existing ones with ease. You can sort diagrams by clicking on the Name column or the Last Modified column to organize them as needed.


What Can You Do on the Dashboard?

  • Search: Quickly locate diagrams by searching for their names.
  • Filter Diagrams: Switch between viewing options to focus on the diagrams you need:
    • All Diagrams: Includes both your diagrams and those shared with you.
    • My Diagrams: Displays only the diagrams you have created.
    • Diagrams Shared with Me: Shows diagrams shared by others.

Diagram Actions

For each diagram, the Actions Menu... ) provides several options:

  1. Edit Info:
    Update diagram details, including the diagram name, facility name, and facility information.

  2. Share:
    Share the diagram with team members. Refer to the Sharing Diagrams section for more details.

  3. Share Info:
    View the list of users with whom the diagram has been shared, and manage sharing permissions.

  4. Copy:
    Create a duplicate of the diagram. You can choose to copy all attributes of the original. The new diagram will be titled “Copy of [diagram name],” which you can rename as needed.

  5. Download Report:
    Quickly download the associated report data.

  6. Download Diagram:
    Download the complete diagram, including all water systems.

  7. Delete:
    Permanently delete the entire diagram. You’ll need to confirm this action, as deleted diagrams cannot be recovered.
