There are two ways to share a diagram--from the My Diagrams dashboard OR by clicking the Share Diagram button in the LegiMapper canvas.
- While working in the LegiMapper canvas, click the Share Diagram button in the upper right-hand corner. A pop-up box will show you who currently has access to the diagram including who owns it, can edit it, and can view it.
- You can also share diagrams from the My Diagrams dashboard by clicking the Options menu on the diagram you wish to share. Click Share.
- The same pop-up box will appear as mentioned in step 1.
- To invite someone without a LegiMapper account, enter an email address into the Invite People field and choose the level of access.
- To invite someone on your team, select their name from the dropdown. When you are finished, click the Done button.
- Emails with invitations to your diagram will be sent to all parties automatically.
LegiTip: Sharing gives access to all water systems in the diagram. You cannot share selected systems in a diagram.
