You can workaround the semi-circle shaped overlaps by stacking the lines directly on top of each other when the lines are going in the same direction. For example, if three lines are going to the same box, stacking the lines directly on top of each other will resolve the overlaps.
LegiTip: Overlaps that occur when horizontal and vertical lines intersect cannot be removed.
