How do I change permissions to a shared diagram?

- If you have shared a diagram, you can change user permissions and remove access to the shared diagram.
- Click My Diagrams in the top navigation menu.
- Find the diagram that you have shared. Click the actions ellipses and then click Share.
- Click the down arrow on the righthand side of the user. Click on a permission to change the user's level of access.
- Owner makes the user the new owner of the diagram with permissions of view, edit, share, copy, download, and delete the diagram.
- Can Edit allows the user to view, edit, share, copy, and download the diagram.
- Can View allows the user to only view the diagram.
- To remove access to a diagram, click the X on the righthand side of the shared user.
