Why is my LegiMapper diagram in view only mode?

- If you open a LegiMapper diagram and receive the following message "Diagram Already Open", then another user is currently editing the same diagram. The informational message will state, "This diagram is currently being edited by username. You can view it but will not be able to make any changes. To edit this diagram, ask username to close the diagram, or wait until they are no longer editing." Click Open Diagram in View Only Mode.
- The diagram will stay in view only mode for you until the shared user clicks save system and exits the editing diagram screen.
- Once the shared user has saved the system and exited the editing screen, click the link in the green message "(click to refresh)" or click the refresh button on your web browser.
- The view only message will disappear and you can proceed to make edits to this diagram.
